==Plot==
During the 1980s, while Punjab is severely wounded by the actions of separatists and repression that follows, Shivjeet Mann Singh, a young Sikh, was arrested without reason, beaten and tortured by police. Revolted by so much injustice, he joins the activists who struggle for the creation of Khalistan, the homeland of the Sikhs.
Unaware of the fate of her son since that morning, Satwant Kaur is consumed by grief. She waits tirelessly then goes in search of Shivjeet.
